Description:  For the first time, the competitive cheer team is going to come together during Winterim. During the two weeks of Winterim, the team is going to spend one week in Grand Rapids, Michigan, concentrating on skills and out competition routine. In Michigan, the girls will have the opportunity to practice in the state of the art cheer facility, as well as receive excellent guideline and instruction. In addition, the team will take part in various service activities. The second week, the team will be heading down to Orlando, Florida to watch the NCAA National Cheerleading Championships in Disney World. We will be staying at the Disney Caribbean Resort. Throughout the 5 days are we at Disney we will be able to go to the Disney Parks as well! I am hoping that this Winterim trip will help build our team, create closer bonds, and help prepare us for our season.
