Faith, Farming, and Fiji
Faith, farming and Fiji is a missions trip designed to give students the opportunity to serve, be stretched and grow in many areas. Students will be able to share God’s love while experiencing the Fijian culture. The trip will include working on projects on a farm (aquaponics, fish farming, permaculture, root crops, garden vegetables, bees, chickens and fruit trees), conducting kid’s clubs, and volunteering at a home for single mothers and orphans. This trip is a chance to serve those in need, live simply, and grow in your walk with Christ. Come experience both sides of the postcard. Because this is a missions trip, students will be eligible to raise funds toward the cost of the trip.
Prerequisites: Students must be comfortable with international travel, must be able to walk long distances for a long period of time, and must be able to easily adjust to schedule changes.
Families that wish to have their students participate in and attend any WA trip that requires a family financial contribution must first have their tuition account current at the time of application and until the trip departure.
