B.A. Biblical and Theological Studies, Ancient Language Studies, Wheaton College

Brian Kelly graduated from Wheaton College in 2013 with a double major in Biblical Studies and Classical Languages, along with coursework in French and Philosophy. Following graduation, he worked for 9 years at a Classical Christian school where he taught a wide range of subjects across grades 6-12, including literature, grammar, logic, history, Bible, math, French, Latin, and Greek. He also contributed to the production of eight Shakespeare plays. Brian joined Wheaton Academy in 2022 as an English teacher and golf coach. He is now the co-department head of the English department and teaches a variety of English classes including Philosophy and Shakespeare. Outside of teaching, Brian has pursued additional training from organizations such as Society of Classical Learning, Ambleside Schools International, the Circe Institute, and the AP annual conference.

While not at school Brian loves to play golf and ice hockey, travel to the Jersey Shore, cook French food, do DIY projects, and above all, spend time with his wife and three kids.
