We excel at playing football and nurturing talented players, but we know that, for each player on our team, a time will come when their days of playing this sport will draw to a close. However, the faith we cultivate and the leadership skills students acquire during this time will serve as the bedrock for their future.
Wheaton Academy is home to an excellent football program. Ranked 7th in state in 4A football in Illinois in 2021, we compete in one of the toughest conferences in Illinois and our alumni are playing at the NCAA D1, D2, D3 and NAIA levels of college football. However, it is what takes place inside the heart, mind and soul of a Wheaton Academy football player that drives what we are about.
Who do you want making a lifelong lasting impression on your son? According to the Reverend Billy Graham, a coach holds more sway and has more influence in the life of an athlete in one year than the average person does in their entire life. We believe we not only have the best football coaching staff in the state of Illinois in sheer coaching experience, but these men are character coaches, interested in developing a Christ-centered athlete.
