Create Your OnCampus Log-In

In order to finish the rest of the application, you, as parents, must first create an OnCampus account.

New to Wheaton Academy?

Click here and follow the prompts to…

  • Create an account (see sample picture below).
  • Look for an email from wheatonacademy@myschoolapp.com
    This email from Blackbaud often takes 5-10 minutes to arrive. Thank you for your patience.
  • Click the “Accept Invitation” button in the email
  • Create a password
  • Verify your email address using the code you received from noreply@blackbaud.com
  • Login and click “Fill Out” to start your application
  • Once you are in the application portal, your answers will save automatically.

Already have an OnCampus account as a returning family?

Log-in using your parent account and select “Apply another student” on the Parent Resource homepage, like the image below indicates.
