How to Apply

Wondering about the best time to apply? Check out our Admissions timeline for a bird’s-eye-view of our enrollment process. We recommend that you apply by the new year so you’ll be ready to take important next steps in January and February.

Step 1: Start Your Online Application

Parents, please start the application process for your student here.

Once you begin your application, you will be directed to login to our OnCampus portal where you will continue the process.

Step 2: Submit Grades/Transcripts

Grades from the current year and the previous year are required.

We realize that official quarter/semester grades for this current school year may not have been released to families yet. A PDF copy of your school’s parent online grade portal (RenWeb, MySchool, Blackbaud, etc.) will suffice for the time being.

Transfer students must submit their current transcripts instead of current grades.

Step 3: Request References

  • English Teacher Reference (student’s current English  teacher)
  • Math Teacher Reference (student’s current Math teacher)
  • Student Selected Teacher Reference (any teacher the student chooses)
  • Pastor Reference (any pastor/youth leader at your church)

Step 4: Submit Standardized Test Scores

Examples: MAP, Terra Nova, Iowa, etc. (if completed)

Step 5: Submit Supplemental Paperwork (if applicable)

  • IEP/504
  • Accommodations Paperwork
  • Custody Information

Step 6: Interview

Upon receipt of the required documentation, Wheaton Academy will contact your family to schedule an interview.

Non-discrimination Policy

Wheaton Academy admits students of any race, color, or national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarships, athletics, and other school programs.
