We accept students through a rolling admissions process. That means, you can submit your application at any time. However, Wheaton Academy reached record enrollment for this current school year. Due to our full school, our Admissions Office activated a wait pool in all four grades last year. If you are considering Wheaton Academy for Fall 2026, we urge you to start the admissions process quickly!

Each year, Wheaton Academy welcomes transfer students in all grades pending current enrollment and class size. Students can transfer into Wheaton Academy in January as a second-semester transfer or in August as a fall-semester transfer.

Can Partnership Students participate in co-curricular activities?
Yes! Partnership students are encouraged to become active participants in Wheaton Academy’s community.In order to participate in co-curricular activities, students must be enrolled in five approved classes, including at least one class through Wheaton Academy. These five classes can be a combination of classes offered at Wheaton Academy and through the homeschool curriculum.
