Celebrating Outstanding
AP Results

At Wheaton Academy, our academically rigorous programs are designed to prepare students for the future. We offer 21 AP courses equipping students to earn college credit on AP exams.

This spring, 204 students—over 30% of our student body—took a total of 432 AP exams. Our teachers worked hard to give students rigorous preparation for the year’s new free-response testing format.

Today, we are celebrating the hard work of students and teachers this past spring. Ninety-two percent of our AP students scored a three or higher on AP exams. Despite the challenges of e-learning in the spring, our pass rate increased from last year!

We want to specially congratulate all of our students who earned AP Scholar Awards! This year, Wheaton Academy recognized:

  • 5 National AP Scholars
  • 31 AP scholars with Distinction
  • 16 AP Scholars with Honors
  • 26 AP Scholars

Each of these students received an award for their outstanding performance on multiple exams.

We look forward to kicking off another strong academic year on August 19.
